Bath Temperature Controller for Acidic or Caustic Environments
This controller is designed for heating fluids such as those used in printed circuit production ,other baths, or ovens which must be maintained at constant temperature. It features a timer which can be set to turn the heat off at the end of the job, or when time in setting expires. This helps to prevent the heater from being left on when not in use. The red light at top of front panel lights only when the temperature controller is actually applying power to the heating element, and goes off when set temp is reached. The controller is practically sealed to prevent any contaminants in the air from circulating through the cabinet and fowling the components. The cabinet is made from fiberglass board, laminated with copper on each side of the board. The copper laminates are solder coated, and clear coated. Operating instructions are etched on the front panel.
Power requirements: 120 or 240 Volts AC. Please specify.

Temperature ranges: 32 to 392 degrees F.
0 to 999 degrees F.
0 to 999 degrees C. Please specify.
Uses type J thermocouple.
Controller is available with manual dial temperature setting as mentioned above or with a digital interface as mentioned below.
Digital Model: Includes tamper proof setting, faulty sensor compensation, and controller diagnostics. Deviation indicator and L.E.D. display show actual and desired temperature. Features On/Off and proportional-integral-derivative (P.I.D.) control with auto tuning of proportional band. Type J or K thermocouple input.
Field selectable temperature ranges:
0 to 200 C/F, 0 to 300 C/F, 0 to 400 C/F,
0 to 500 C/F, 0 to 600 C/F, and 0 to 999 C/F degrees.
8 function alarm, and memory backup.
